Residential Property Management Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to commence or continue your property management career in a fast-paced and vibrant city location.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled property manager/assistant property manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting open and private property inspections, managing tenant enquiries, and ensuring our clients' investments are being appropriately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine inspections to ensure our clients' properties are being well-maintained
  • Working closely with prospective tenants to qualify their suitability and references
  • Management of tenant enquiries and coordinating inspection times and access
  • Detailed completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A current SA Property Manager License
  • Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is desirable
  • A passion for customer service and working with people
  • Great time management and organisation skills
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Positive, resilient nature and team player
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential property management is preferable
  • Proficiency in property management software (PropertyMe) and Microsoft Office suite
