Commercial Operations Manager

This role involves providing dedicated commercial support to the Tasmanian Government Radio Network (Tas GRN) managed services contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractual outcomes are achieved, and strong customer-supplier relationships are established.
They will also provide proactive support for the development, maintenance, and growth of the Tas GRN managed services contract and associated supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and implement external events such as trade shows, proprietary customer meetings, and product launches.
- Maintain a strong and constructive relationship with the customer.
- Ensure contractual commitments are met by their due dates and ongoing compliance with the contract generally.
- Lead the contract variation and change order process.
- Provide analysis and decision support on complex SLAs and abatement calculations.
- Participate in the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a matrixed environment.
