About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our wind energy projects in Western Australia. As a key member of our Energy Practice, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on wind farm project development, design, and operation from scoping to design, FID, and development.
  • Manage procurement processes, including preparation of EPC/IPP type functional specifications, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Support project implementation through detailed design, owner's engineer, lenders engineer, and operation and maintenance phase support.
  • Work closely with project managers to support client needs and financial decisions.
  • Apply knowledge of wind energy technologies and the evolving renewable energy technology landscape globally, and the evolving regulatory requirements to provide confident technical advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with wind energy analysts and battery experts to optimize client projects.
  • Be responsive to client needs and maintain a reputation for quality and timely advice.
  • Provide technical leadership to team members and work in cross-functional teams to support diverse project requirements.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled professional with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning. You'll have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and Chartered engineer status is desirable. Experience in wind farm design, development, and operation as a developer, owner, or contractor is also desirable.
