Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as a Sub-regional Procurement Manager.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and executing on multi-year sourcing strategies for complex projects and/or purchasing opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of procurement policies and procedures, with excellent contract negotiation and supplier management skills.

The Sub-regional Procurement Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure awareness of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or defined milestones and deliverables.

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex procurement issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and execute on multi-year sourcing strategy for complex projects and/or purchasing opportunities
  • Integrate business specifications into request for information and/or request for proposal processes
  • Lead contract negotiations cross-functionally and ensure that price, capacity, and strategic business needs are met
  • Apply an understanding of procurement policies and ensure adherence to policy
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure awareness of SLAs and/or defined milestones and deliverables
  • Identify issues related to procurement requests and collaborate with business and engineering partners
  • Create contract execution plans, defining control processes and approaches
  • Develop and lead pricing and negotiation strategies for several complex purchasing categories

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex procurement issues
