Job Title: Front Office Support

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy podiatry centre as a front office support team member.

The position is casual, requiring flexibility in scheduling.

We are looking for a motivated, organised and friendly individual to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include booking appointments, answering phones, processing payments and assisting podiatrists as needed.

Daily duties may involve dealing with Medicare/HICAPS claims, sterilization of instruments, writing and processing letters, sending patient reminders, ordering and tracking stock/supplies, collating statistics, liaising with support services, creating Word documents and scanning files.

A positive attitude, professional presentation and strong organisational skills are essential.

Initiative, autonomy and effective communication are required to ensure smooth running of the front office.
