Job Opportunity

We are a trendy Taiwanese bubble tea and Korean dessert shop. Our friendly team is always eager to provide excellent customer service, making sure every guest has a wonderful experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous
- Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Basic English language skills, including communication and basic math skills
- Friendly, well-mannered, honest, and caring personality
- Willingness to learn and take initiatives
- Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible with shifts and tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluent Mandarin or Korean language skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (1 year or more)
- Availability for regular weekdays, morning, afternoon, evening shifts
