Job Title: Payroll Officer - Career Advancement Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end payroll functions for offices, efficiently running to designated deadlines. You will also record payroll data in required programs and conduct accurate monthly payment runs. Additionally, you will uphold employee records and answer all enquiries related to payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end payroll functions for offices, efficiently running to designated deadlines.
  • Record payroll data in required programs and conduct accurate monthly payment runs.
  • Uphold employee records and answer all enquiries related to payroll.
  • Undertake monthly journals in Employment Hero, ensuring full reconciliation, and assisting with end of month payroll duties.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year's experience in an end-to-end Payroll officer role.
  • Experience in Employment Hero (or ELMO) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong customer service skills.
