Flight Attendant Job Description

As a key member of our cabin crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. With a strong focus on customer service, you will provide personalized attention to each passenger, making their flight experience enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire cabin independently, taking charge of equipment checks, in-flight announcements, food and beverage service, cleaning, and handling situations that may arise in the cabin.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs and resolving any issues that may occur during the flight.
  • Ensure high safety standards are maintained throughout the flight, adhering to aviation regulations and guidelines.

The role requires flexibility and adaptability, including working weekends, public holidays, shift work, and occasional nights spent away from home. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a natural ability to care for others, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Requirements:
  • Aged 18 years or over.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • No taller than 173 cm.
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate completed within the last 3 years.
  • Demonstrate one of the following:
    • Completed 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand.
    • Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
    • Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
    • Completed IELTS with an overall grade of 5.5.
  • Hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) with a police security check.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, including working during holiday times and peak periods.
  • High level of personal presentation.
  • Natural willingness to care for people.
