The Role:

  • Liaise with site personnel to develop an annual training schedule that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to upskill our employees and implement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Deliver Nationally Accredited units of competence and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with site management to ensure that training processes and procedures are aligned with our business goals.
  • Facilitate employee training and assessments, and maintain accurate records of training and development activities.
  • Participate in internal training initiatives and contribute to the development of our training and development strategy.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in training and assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the training and assessment industry.
