Join Our Team as a Finance Leader

Our organisation is seeking an experienced and ambitious finance leader to play a pivotal role in driving financial stewardship, delivering commercial insights, and enabling strategic decision-making across both BAU operations and change initiatives within the Technology function.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by shaping strategic and financial decisions while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and value drivers
  • Co-own financial performance with Technology leaders by guiding prioritisation, challenging assumptions, and ensuring investments deliver long-term, sustainable value
  • Lead end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes, and delivering clear, actionable reporting and analysis
  • Drive financial transparency and accountability across BAU and change initiatives, ensuring accurate capture of Technology costs, including cloud, vendors, and internal resources
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed commercial thinking, influence operating models, and support cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, collaborating with procurement teams to improve commercial outcomes
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Apply strong technology and commercial acumen to support investment decisions, business cases, and the financial impact of change programs

Requirements:

A commercially minded finance leader with a strong enterprise mindset and a continuous improvement approach. Proven experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or technology finance within large, complex organisations. CA or CPA qualified and degree-qualified in finance, business, or a related field. A deep understanding of financial planning, management reporting, and core accounting principles.
