Full-time position available for a motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader in Newcastle. The role requires regular travel across the Hunter and New England regions.

The Team Leader will coordinate and facilitate a range of training programs to support customers in achieving their training and employment goals. The successful candidate will oversee and lead a team of trainers across an operational region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to a team of trainers through delivery and administration of training programs to ensure consistent quality
  • Market and promote the training program amongst Workforce Australia providers within the region
  • Assist in the development of training calendars

**Requirements for Success**:

  • Experience working with Workforce Australia contracts
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers
  • Ability to provide effective advisory, coaching and/or mentoring support
  • Sound time management skills and the ability to lead a small team to achieve results
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A recent, clear National Police Check
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check
