Trainer Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our students.

Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Assessment: Conduct regular on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support.
  • Training Delivery: Train and assess students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom, or out-on-site with an apprentice.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of apprentices and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs.
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey.
  • Administration: Complete documentation in line with training delivery and assessment, management of Training Contracts, and student progression.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Recent industry currency relevant to the industry you'll be teaching in.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
