Mental Health Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our mental health coaching team.

The Role:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices
  • Promote team efficiency by monitoring coach utilisation and resource allocation
  • Manage reporting requirements, preparing operational reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and service enhancements to support sustainable growth
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mental Health Coaches, fostering professional growth and excellence
  • Develop and implement workforce plans, performance reviews, and training programs
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align with organisational goals and strategic direction
  • Represent the organisation in various settings, building relationships with stakeholders
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, health, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced environments, preferably in mental health or healthcare
  • Strong reporting, organisational, and time management skills, with experience preparing reports for senior teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly collaborative, capable of working independently or within a team
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, using data to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in Jira, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
