Field Service Technician

The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled Service Technician to join our team in New South Wales. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers across various markets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide scheduled and unscheduled servicing and maintenance of crushing and screening equipment to a high technical standard.
- Prepare and provide service quotations and maintenance agreements to customers.
- Train and educate customer plant operators on safe and correct operation of their equipment.
- Prepare detailed service reports for all service work completed on customer sites.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge on our products and services through experience and ongoing training.
- Identify and secure opportunities on customer sites for business growth.
- TAFE (Cert 3) trade qualifications in mechanical disciplines, electrical, or other relevant areas.
- Prior experience in maintenance and repair within the crushing and screening sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and following through on all service and reporting requirements.
- Strong work ethic, team player, and commitment to individual and team goal achievements.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management, and coordinating skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills.
