The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively train caregivers and family members on the clients' nutritional needs.

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for NDIS participants.
  • Provide training and education to caregivers and family members on meeting the nutritional requirements of clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and advocate for clients' needs within the NDIS framework.
  • Develop high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical records to track client progress.
Key Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current membership with a relevant professional organization.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance coverage (minimum $10 million).
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations and understanding of NDIS processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
