Risk Management Partner
About the Role:This is a hands-on business unit risk partnering role that involves embedding governance frameworks and delivering operational outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks and experience working with GRC systems and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the enterprise risk management framework within assigned business units.
- Run BU risk committees and strengthen governance practices.
- Maintain and update risk registers, profiles, and control documentation.
- Conduct change impact assessments and provide advice on risk treatment.
- Monitor remediation actions and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare risk reports and insights for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years' operational risk, controls, or compliance experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO, COSO, etc.).
- Experience working with GRC systems and compliance reporting.
- Confidence engaging with business leaders and external auditors.
