Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Site Administrator to join our team. This casual role will work alongside our mobilisation and safety administrators, providing coverage and support where and when required.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in large-scale project work, with a strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment. They will also have effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the mobilisation and safety teams
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of a safe working environment
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Contribute to the planning and organisation of projects

Requirements

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Strong client focus and ability to assist team members
  • Previous experience working on heavy industrial sites preferred
