About the Role

Incitec Pivot Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for system and data administration for our SuccessFactors/HR processes of Talent, Career Development, and Succession Planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics and reporting, including subject matter expertise in HR analytics and reporting.
  • Interact with all customers of HR data to determine their needs, define the best approach to meet those needs, and implement the solution.
  • Support IT Applications Lead in working with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release changes, lead testing, and communicating updates to impacted parties.
  • Work closely with implementation partner team to ensure understanding of how SuccessFactors is being set up and that the design meets current and anticipated future needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups.
  • SuccessFactors administration expertise within Talent, Career Development, and Succession Planning modules.
  • SAP ECC HCM and payroll data and system knowledge.
  • Knowledge of cross-functional HR business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical users.
