About the Role
Pirtek Launceston is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join their team. As a Centre Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and plant & machinery repair work to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, a trade certificate, and/or previous experience within the Hydraulics industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support
Conduct plant & machinery repairs and maintenance
Work collaboratively with the mobile service team
Participate in on-call after-hours service roster
Requirements
Mechanical background and trade certificate
Previous experience in Hydraulics industry (advantageous)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and reliable with a team player attitude
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
