Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our organisation and contribute to the delivery of person-centred support. The successful candidate will have a passion for mentoring others, driving performance, and fostering growth within the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team in delivering quality services that meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure ongoing development of team members, enhancing their understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate programme guidelines into compliant service delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting organisational objectives.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support, promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers, promoting Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example, championing excellence in team performance.
