Meat Processing Assistant Job

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Meat Processing Assistants. This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced cold store environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and enjoy a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders to be sent out to customers
  • Fulfill company expectations by following instructions and aligning with goals
  • BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE PRODUCTS ARE PRESENTED IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE

Requirements:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of meat handling is beneficial but not necessary
  • OJT WILL BE PROVIDED TO FURTHER DEVELOP SKILLS
  • Reliable, natural team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure and enjoy dynamic environments
