The main goal of our team is to enhance global connectivity by ensuring secure movement of aircrafts at airports and safe travel for individuals, whether for business or leisure.

This role involves contributing to the development of next generation Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems, specifically in the field of Tower automation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve Tower automation components, such as ASMGCS, EFS, or ITWP, by identifying new features;
- Promote Thales Tower automation solution through events or meetings with end-users, including Air Traffic Controllers, by delivering product presentations/demonstrations;
- Support promotional activities by creating demonstrations or customer presentations/product marketing and business development documentation;
- Assist ongoing projects by developing/discussing Tower ConOps, use cases, or specific features with customers or technical teams;
- Provide operational training to Thales Tower solution users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Air Traffic Control;
- Ability to produce marketing/product documentation and define Air Traffic Control CONOPs and use cases;
- Willingness to frequently travel to diverse geographies;
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer/user relationships;
- English proficiency: written and spoken
