About This Role:

  • We seek a skilled professional to champion our largest customers, providing technical support and implementing processes to drive successful adoption of our products.
  • This individual will interface with developers, executives, and other customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions that deliver value from our platform.
  • New customers will be onboarded, their needs validated, and potential challenges and risk factors identified.
  • The role involves driving adoption and implementation of product features through hands-on demonstrations and workshops.
  • Customer use cases, architectures, and roadmaps will be documented to inform business decisions.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with customers and emerging as their trusted technical advisor and partner is key.
  • Customer accounts will be managed, escalations tracked, and implementation best practices reviewed.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Professional Services).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving expansion, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Prior experience administering or interacting with API management platforms and working for a technology startup is a plus.
