Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based therapy services to our customers. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement interventions that promote independence and participation in daily life activities.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Delivering evidence-based therapy services to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports, and case management.
  2. Empowering customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach.
  3. Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team to use the key worker model.
  4. Conducting hub-based and community visits to provide support and guidance to customers.
  5. Liaising with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools, and community services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  1. A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  2. AHPRA registration.
  3. The right to work in Australia.
  4. National Police Clearance within 6 months.
  5. A Driver's Licence.
  6. NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
  7. NDIS Worker Screening check.
  8. Working with Children Check.
  9. First Aid Certificate.
  10. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
