Strategic Research Leader

This role sits within a global research and insights division, partnering with clients across various industries.

The organisation is renowned for its ability to turn questions into answers, translate complex concepts, and help enterprises reach their goals.

The research and insights division works cross-functionally across the business, providing opportunities to work multifunctionally and multidisciplinary.

As a leader, you'll lead quantitative and qualitative research projects from proposal to delivery, focusing on strategic areas such as trust, reputation, community impact, behaviour change, thought leadership, brand positioning, policy evaluation, and communications.

You will be equally comfortable presenting to executives and mentoring teams as you are designing research methodologies, project management, data analysis, visualisation, generating insights, and strategic storytelling.

Your focus will be on delivering meaningful impact to clients, business development, building strong partnerships, and elevating team thinking. You must have over five years of research experience within a quantitative or dualist capability, with proven expertise in winning new business, leading projects, and translating data into actionable insights.

You will be part of a full-service consultancy, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. As a result, you will gain a deep understanding of the industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, developing your skills and expertise in various areas. You will also be able to collaborate with a talented team of researchers, analysts, and consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing proposals, and managing client relationships. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest research methods, tools, and technologies, applying them to deliver exceptional results.
