Lead Transformation Vision

Engineers Australia seeks a highly skilled professional to lead our Board of Directors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of engineering in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business and digital transformation, with a proven track record of success at Board or CEO level. You will be responsible for driving large-scale change initiatives, guiding strategic people and culture transformations, and providing economic outlook and positioning expertise.

  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in guiding strategic people and culture transformations;
  • Strategic economic outlook and positioning expertise, including capital markets understanding.
