About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at INGRITY, a Microsoft Data and AI Solution Partner dedicated to delivering transformative data and AI-driven solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through compelling visualisations and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements and drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, manage expectations, and collaborate on solution design.
  • Optimise Power BI data models and queries for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and implementing row-level security and data access controls as per organisational needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing, building, and enhancing BI reporting dashboards, and visualisation solutions using PowerBI, SQL, and other relevant tools in a fast-paced environment and complex business setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing dashboards, data quality reporting, and extensive delivery of metrics.
  • Strong understanding of BI and data concepts, patterns, and technical knowledge of integrating BI Solutions.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX, with advanced experience writing SQL queries or working with databases.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
