Senior Technical Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team.

Job Description

This is a key leadership role that requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance how healthcare practitioners interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.
  • Drive the technical execution and delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality output that meets business and user needs.
  • Support the team in monitoring performance and productivity, using data to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing engineers.
  • A strong technical background and a passion for solving complex problems in creative ways.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Formal relevant Engineering qualifications (Software, IT, Mathematics or similar).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience writing software - in particular Ruby (RoR).
