Job Title: Senior Research Scientist

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Research Scientist to join our team where the focus is on providing high-quality healthcare services.

You will

  • Supervise and support clinical staff, research assistants, and administrative officers with their research activity.
  • Contribute to establishing a state-wide research organisational structure and support development of collaborative partnerships and processes, networks, and collaboration.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A Master's or higher within a relevant area (e.g. Doctor of Philosophy is highly desirable).
  • Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Hepatitis B, and COVID-19.
  • Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required.
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.

Salary

Temporary part time (up to 12 months with the possibility of extension, 32 hrs p.f.)

Base salary ranging from $61.58 - $66.09 per hour
