Strategic Learning and Development Lead

This role leads the strategy development and implementation of a formalised learning and organisational development (OD) offering. The successful candidate will build and deliver a multi-year program of fit-for-purpose learning and OD solutions that support cultural transformation and employee growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in learning, leadership development, and organisational development disciplines, with proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs, as well as leading businesses through transformational change. A tertiary qualification in human resources or a relevant area is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the learning and development program
  • Identifying organisational learning requirements and building capability across different leadership layers
  • Creating team building programs to foster high-performing teams
  • Designing and rolling out an organisational competency and capability framework to underpin talent development initiatives and career pathways
  • Implementing impactful culture initiatives enhancing Magentus as a values-led, people-first business

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in learning, leadership development, and organisational development disciplines
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Experience leading businesses through transformational change
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a relevant area
