Job Overview

This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential to extend beyond. You will be working for a reputable Health brand, assisting with the coordination of their busy recruitment team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and intelligent administrator who can support a team of recruiters in a fast-paced role. This position will initially run for 6 months with the potential to extend.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational and administration skills, and outstanding written skills. They will also have an understanding of the recruitment process and be comfortable working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read job briefs from hiring managers
  • Liaise with hiring manager to understand the requirements of the roles
  • Write engaging job advertisements to post to multiple job boards
  • Track the success of advertisements and make necessary adjustments
  • Conduct references and background checks at offer stages
  • Juggle priorities across a high volume of roles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Understanding of the recruitment process is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and administration skills
  • Outstanding written skills

Working Environment:

You will be supporting a team of 6 recruiters and working across a high volume of roles at all different stages of the process. You will need to be comfortable working in a high-pressure and constantly changing environment.
