Job Opportunity: Senior Technology Officer

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Officer to provide operational support to our sites by applying high-level technical expertise in the management, configuration, monitoring, and implementation of ICT environments.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely support to clients, conducting thorough investigations and diagnoses of incidents, and implementing remedial actions to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and working within procedures for the maintenance and support of one or more technical domains.
  • Providing excellent customer service by applying effective organisational and communication skills with an ability to negotiate, advise, and work collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
  • Coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities.
  • Identifying and resolving ICT-related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.
