About the Role

We're looking for a talented technology solutions professional to drive customer adoption of Microsoft Teams calling by leveraging their in-depth knowledge of our products and services.


Your ability to articulate how technology can transform business and your entrepreneurial spirit make you exceptional at this role. You'll focus on developing end-to-end technology solutions, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and applying commercial acumen to achieve success.


This position combines deep product knowledge with business insight to deliver sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Microsoft calling solutions, including creating customer proposals and responding to RFPs.



Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute significantly to sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining a robust qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Microsoft calling solutions.
  • Leverage technical expertise in technology solutions and sales to manage sales opportunities from identification and qualification to closure.
  • Use your in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft licensing and solutions to identify and build a qualified pipeline.
  • Support the development of proposals that highlight the value proposition for customer offers while protecting Telstra's commercial interests and ensuring business plans meet company objectives.


About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in technology sales, preferably with Microsoft products.
  • MICROSOFT 365 FUNDAMENTALS certified
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP Sales and MCI Programs
