Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to work in client-facing roles, contributing to the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale Physical Network Inventory systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with delivery lifecycles, strong customer service focus, and ability to respond to changing customer priorities.

  • Develop high-level and detailed design artifacts for initiatives/projects.
  • Contribute to Test Plans and Test Strategies.
  • Develop code using Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Ensure software developed meets quality standards through code and design reviews.
  • Participate or provide documentation for product reviews of deliverables during project execution.
Key Skills
  • Proficiency in Python with advanced libraries like Pandas and Numpy.
  • Experience with GIS software and spatial databases (e.g., PostGIS, Spatialite).
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS.
  • 5+ years of Python development experience.
  • Good understanding of IronPython and ActiveMQ.
  • Working knowledge of Agile lifecycle management tools like JIRA/Confluence.
  • Experience in Network design exchange formats (GML, MapInfo) and network data analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • SAFe certified.
Qualifications
  • Engineering Bachelors or master's degree level or equivalent.
