Work with us to fill a key role in our Risk and Compliance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to support the management of compliance frameworks and policies, and deliver compliance advice to ensure that our business operates in alignment with our policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

We are seeking someone who can assist in maintaining the obligations register, undertake line 2 activities in relation to conflicts management, and support the establishment and implementation of effective monitoring mechanisms for line 1 compliance practices.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining appropriate financial services and trustee licensing and authorisations, and obtaining, analysing, and interpreting compliance data from a variety of internal and external sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and enhancement of comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Maintain the obligations register for our business.
  • Undertake line 2 activities in relation to conflicts management.
  • Support the establishment and implementation of effective monitoring mechanisms for line 1 compliance practices.
  • Manage and maintain appropriate financial services and trustee licensing and authorisations.
  • Obtain, analyse, and interpret compliance data from a variety of internal and external sources.
What You Will Need
  • Experience in a similar role in regulatory compliance or legal areas with experience in the Australian financial services industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
