  • Job Description:
  • Lead the daily operations of the store and drive sales against key performance targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and brand standards are upheld.
  • Monitor sales trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for commercial growth.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to lead by example and inspire a customer-first culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to motivate and coach others.
  • A focus on operational excellence with the ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
