Job Title: Coffee Promoter

We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Coffee Promoter. As a Coffee Promoter, you will be responsible for representing the brand and creating a positive experience for customers.

Your primary focus will be to demonstrate coffee through sampling and converting engagements into sales.

">

You will engage with customers through coffee tasting, convert customer interactions into coffee sales, assist customers in finding their perfect machine, and drive brand engagement.

">

To be successful in this role, you must have impeccable standards of personal grooming, excel at communication and relationship building, and be available to work Monday-Sunday and late night shopping trade hours on a roster system.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, be able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage inventory and order supplies as needed, and perform opening and closing duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete coffee transactions.">
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.">

  • Maintain accurate records of sales.">
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products.">
