We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity to join our Workers Compensation Claims Business as a Case Manager. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, and evaluate assigned cases.
About You:
- A highly empathetic customer approach and ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when processing claims are essential.
- An engaging and courteous phone manner, strong computer and numeracy skills, and previous experience in customer service, administration, and/or operational roles are required.
- You will need to adhere to set timeframes, ensure compliance with all legislative codes and company policies, and enter accurate information on all claims onto our database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-face contact with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and on-site visits.
- You will need to provide support and guidance to injured people throughout their claim, building strong relationships with customers and providing end-to-end claims management.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, maintaining high standards during times of change.
