The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of workplace injuries, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and preparing and submitting reports and documents as required.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of rehabilitation services to injured workers.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and submit reports and documents as required, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Registered Nursing, or Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
