About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis at our Aged Care Facilities in Rockhampton.
As a PCA, you will play a key role in supporting our residents, ensuring they live their best life, while working collaboratively with our enthusiastic Training team to grow your skills and career.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our residents to engage in activities of their choice
- Ensuring the appropriate use of equipment, focusing on resident comfort and safety
- Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene – showering, continence, bedding, and clothing
- Actively monitoring residents' condition and reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse
