Family Violence Support Professional

This is a specialist role in family violence practice that requires providing outreach case management support to women and children who have experienced or are currently experiencing family violence.
The Specialist Family Violence Practitioner will provide individualised case plans in collaboration with clients, including interventions that address client goals.
- Case management support is provided in accordance with TSA models and standards of practice.
- Ongoing assessment and evaluation of client issues from initial intake to exit.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work (essential).
- Experience working in the family violence sector (desirable).
- Advanced case management experience and skills.
- Highly developed time management and work prioritisation skills with an ability to work autonomously.
- Victorian Driver's Licence (essential).
Additionally, you will need to demonstrate high level communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
