About Family Violence
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria provides justice for people in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. We determine over 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues.
Our Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support Affected Family Members during their court process. You will assess applicants immediate non-legal needs, conduct risk assessments, and provide information and referrals as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Offer competitive remuneration and annual salary increases.

About You:
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in a related therapeutic discipline, such as social work or psychology. You should also have demonstrated experience and knowledge of Family Violence, including drivers, risks, and issues that can exacerbate family violence risk.
