About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Law Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our plaintiff firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a winning team headed up by an outstanding Senior Managing Solicitor.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting solicitors in obtaining full justice for plaintiff clients across a broad range of workers compensation, motor accident, medical negligence and TPD claims. Your duties will include:

  • Interacting with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors and insurers;
  • Typing letters and court documents;
  • Preparing briefs to barristers;
  • Diary management and making appointments;
  • Filing and administration tasks.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 12 months+ experience in personal injury law, preferably in workers compensation, CTP, TPD, public liability or medical negligence;
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills, including typing;
  • Excellent client service skills, high organisation and deadline-driven abilities;
  • Strong communication and people skills;
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced interactive environment;
  • A keen desire to progress your legal career with a top personal injury law firm helping injured plaintiffs.
