Product Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to drive the development of our new SaaS product's user experience. As a key member of our design team, you will lead the design strategy and end-to-end design process, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across our platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to maintain consistency and accessibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and impactful experiences for our users.
  • Conduct user research and workshops to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behaviours.
  • Lead design strategy and execution, owning the design process and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/product design.
  • Technical proficiency in Figma and ability to mentor junior team members and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
