This trainee position offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire new skills and gain experience in a supportive team environment. The role entails performing administrative tasks, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining databases.

About the Role: The position is accountable for:

  • Executing administrative duties such as preparing written communications, maintaining registers, and booking staff into courses
  • Providing support for logistics related to training, including following up with participants and maintaining calendars
  • Liaising effectively with managers and staff to facilitate the professional operation of the area
  • Accurately reporting training outcomes

About You:

  • Demonstrates attention to detail and general knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exudes maturity, is well-presented, and well-spoken
  • Displays enthusiasm and passion, friendliness with a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic and commitment to a 12 month Traineeship
  • Posesses good organisation skills, effective time management, and strong communication skills
