About the Role: As a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel's public areas. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will be essential in maintaining high standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Job Description:

  • Oversight of the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance of cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervision of daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensuring the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Provision of on-the-job training and support for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
