Healthcare Professionals Wanted for Vocational Assessments

Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking experienced professionals to join our panel of assessors. The role involves conducting vocational assessments for individuals with disabilities in employment.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for ongoing support.">
- Determine the productivity of individuals with disabilities working in the open labour market.">
- Negotiate with stakeholders, including clients and employers.">
Requirements:
">Applicants must have a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field, such as occupational therapy or psychology. They must also have minimum 2 years' experience in disability employment or related sectors. Strong assessment and report writing skills, sound computer skills, and good interpersonal skills are essential.
">Benefits:
">As an assessor, you will receive training and accreditation in assessment tools. You will also be provided with ongoing professional development and support.
">Work Arrangements:
">Flexibility is required to suit the needs of those being assessed. A minimum of 2 days per week is recommended.
