Job Details

We are seeking a Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of a team delivering essential road infrastructure improvements on various minor works projects.


Responsibilities
  • You will operate a variety of heavy plant machinery such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, bobcats, mixers, stabilisers and rollers while performing routine and complex manual tasks.
  • Maintain safety standards, conduct equipment checks, identify environmental hazards and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence and workplace safety in a dynamic construction environment, helping deliver critical projects on time while developing skills across multiple plant types.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have a current Construction Industry White Card and a current unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence.
