Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to assist with web content entry and coordination using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless content updates on our websites, adhering to best practices for content and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, organize, and publish content and marketing materials on our websites run on Adobe AEM.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams, including marketing, product designers, graphics designers, and content designers.
  • Respond to update requests from stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ensure content is published within correct timeframes and tagged for analytics.
  • Identify potential issues or blockers and implement QA focused solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • Some experience using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Work with a team updating the content of pages.
  • Create and modify pages using templates in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
  • An eye for layout and ability to source, optimize, and upload digital assets.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
