We are seeking a passionate and experienced CrossFit Coach to join our team. As a CrossFit Coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group sessions, inspiring our members, and creating a positive and inclusive gym culture.

About the Role

  • Captivating and motivating our members through expert coaching and guidance
  • Delivering high-quality training with proper technique and safety
  • Supporting members of all fitness levels and abilities
  • Fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment

Requirements

  • Cert 4 in Fitness or equivalent qualification
  • CrossFit Level 1 Certification (desirable but not essential)
  • Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
